This is due to the template assuming that the agent will be able to sudo without a password. My terminal looks like:

we should start the agent with setsid() and trunc the agent.startup file every now and again to avoid this type of issue in the future.

To test run the sendmail plugin and log into the console to make sure Password: does not pop up.

to update:

add file to
jboss/default/deploy/hq.ear/hq-plugins/sendmail-plugin.xml
and
agent/pdk/plugins/sendmail-plugin.xml
(restart the agent)

Verified using vmlin-008 and it works fine for release 3.1.1-EE build 484
