Alerts that are fired two days ago are displayed in Recent Alerts and Mast head

Expected Results:

Mast head displays Only 2 hrs old Alerts
Default configuration of Recent Alerts portlets displays alerts that are one day old

We changed the API to call the new findAlerts() API that powers the alert center. However, since we introduced an extra step, we ended up doing a calculation on the time range twice.

Works fine in Release 3.2.0-EE build 497
