Go to Alert Center
Click on Definition tab
Click on Date (10/12/07) in the Last Alert column

Actual Results

Alert list page is displayed with Today's date

Expected Results:

Alert list page should be displayed dated 10/12/07

Assign to Charles, mark 3.2, downgrade to Minor.
