Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Recent Alerts Configure page
Add 15+ Resources
Click on next page or from the drop down select Show All

Actual Results:

No resources are displayed

Bump up priority, since this is a bug, and it leaves the user no way to manage the resources configured for the portlets.

Problem was that the token parameter was not being passed the pager widget. When you have 2 Recent Alerts portlets, and you don't have any resources configured for the first but 15+ resources for the second, it was actually trying to list page 2 or ALL of the resources in the first portlet, rather than second.
