If servers are ignored in the inventory the mass plugin approve command will import them anyway.

There are actually 2 issues here:

1. Platform is new, but has ignored platforms. Import completes without error, but imports all servers regardless if they are ignored or not

2. Platform is existing, but has both new and ignored servers. Import fails with the error:

org.hyperic.hq.appdef.shared.AIQApprovalException: Platform already added at id 10004

Fixed in 3.2.3 and 4.0.
