Deploy Event Center in HQ 3.2.2-EE build 650
Upgrade to 4.0.0-EE build 674

Actual Results:

Event Center is not available after upgrading HQ to 4.0.0
Needs to redeploy

The Event Center was written for 3.2. It needs to be updated for 4.0.

It works with fresh install
But this bug is when upgrade issue:
If I deploy event center in release 3.2.2 and upgrade my HQ server to 4.0 ,I need to deploy event center again.
Event Center should also be upgraded to 4.0

HQU plugins are not transferrred on upgrades. This is a bug in 3.2.2 that must be fixed for 3.2.3. Please file a different bug, or change the title of this one & assign to 3.2.2
