With one long group name in the group list filter dropdown, the Alert Center displays poorly. The EAM_RESOURCE_GROUP name field has a VARCHAR(100). That should be used as the max for group names

Constrain the width of the select box so it does not exceed the display.

Works fine in release 3.2.4-EE build 671,When you click on the drop down and if the group name is long then if overlaps right hand frame.

Max length on group name is 100 characters
