Steps to Reproduce

Add an Alert to Weblogic 10 to send alerts when availability is less than 50% .
Get Weblogic 10 down

Actual Results:

Alerts are fired

HQ Server:10.0.0.106
Weblogic 10 running on 10.0.0.36

Exception handling has been adjusted for 10.0 to properly report AVAIL_DOWN (0) for Availability metrics.

Works fine in release 3.2.5-EE build 683
