The user name in the masthead should be a link that takes you to the detail page for the current user.

Use case: I want to quickly go change my password or edit my Hyperic account info. Currently, I have to make at least 4 if not 5 clicks to get to that page.

Added link for users who have viewSubject permission. Theoretically, one should always see his/her own profile, but I don't think the permission checking supports that.
