For example, HHQ-900 added auto-discovery of an RPC service (NFS ping), the service does not show up for platforms already in the inventory. It does show up for platforms which are new to the inventory. You can see the plugin discovers the service on the command line:

java -jar pdk/lib/hq-product.jar -Dplugins.include -m discover

Another way to reproduce would be giving a VM more virtual CPUs.

Looks like this is due to HHQ-60, where service discovery configs are not updated when an agent is upgraded.

Runtime scan configs were not getting pushed on update events. Fixes in:

Release 3.1.0 build #409
Release 3.0.6 build #450

Works fine in Release 3.1.1-EE build 457 ,tested on qa1 server using oracledb
