Description

Apache-plugin uses case sensitive matching to determine log level so "Info" will not be matches as "info". Fix seems simple. Add to 4.6?

Ok for 4.6, simple change to equalsIgnoreCase().

Wrote an automated unit test to expose this case sensitive issue with the Apache error logger. Altered the logger to make it work lower case, upper case, and mixed case.
