HQ Health Page -> Database Query doesn't run after multiple query attempts at the same flow

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to HQ Server Administration page
2) Click HQ Health -> database tab
3) Query database options (AutoInventory IPs, AutoInventory Platforms etc.,)
4) Keep selecting the options and see their corresponding results.
5) After few query runs (after atleast 5 runs), the query stops executing and shows the previously executed result.

FIX: Change ajax requests from post to get. Add dojo preventCache parameter so that the requests are not cached by the browser.

Fix looks good in 4.5.2 as well as 4.6.
