If the validity is not set, the default value is 90. We now set it to 3650 - 10 years.
The user have to manually replace the expired cert with a valid one, otherwise, all the SSL connection will not work. That's one of the rationale why we set it to 10 years.

Verified that the default (self-generated) keystore certs for both HQ server and agent have the expiration date set to 10 years long.

Verified in build: 4.6.0.BUILD-20110714.105306-239.
