Description

The help in 4.6.5.BUILD-SNAPSHOT-2012-01-27 has the correct styles. What is missing is the header that links to the internal index page for the help, the online version of it, and the online release notes.

I'll attach screenshot of what the current build help shows, and a screenshot of a previous build that has the nav elements. The previous build that has the nav elements is 4.6.5.BUILD-SNAPSHOT-2012-01-23. At least right now, it is running at http://10.17.188.87:7080/

Maya, I wonder if it just goes in stylesheet. View Source shows:

I believe that you are using a recent css with correct styling, but lacking the header, which provides navigation so that reader can always get to a TOC.

I'm not sure of implementation – David Crutchfield did it. I'm no CSS expert, but perhaps you just need to add the correct HTML to the CSS?
