This is caused by the fact we use a separate API to list alerts by escalation that ignores filter parameters.

When --escalation is used to list alert definitions the --excludeTypeAlerts flag is ignored causing inconsistent results.

This is caused by the fact we use a separate API to list alerts by escalation that ignores filter parameters.
